Laserscanning

With a combination of surveying techniques like 3D-Laserscanning and Tachymetry, we accurately survey and measure the geometry of the building to be digitalized. The precise pointcloud data provides the foundational data on which the BIM-models are created.

Documentation

Lastly, a complete data survey of the building systems such as the MEP-systems and the building components are highly crucial in our workflows to add accurate on-site technical data as parameters in the BIM-models. We thoroughly research about the building to get accurate data for digitalizing.

Photogrammetry

Drone-mounted imaging and video capture allow us to capture details of the building which are difficult for a stationary scanner to reach. With a combination of drone and stationary photographic survey, we create high poly mesh models with either mesh-modelling or photogrammetry workflows.
