3D-Laserscaning & Tachymetry

By combining the capabilities of 3D Laser Scanning and Tachymetry, the creation and maintenance of Building Digital Twins become more efficient, accurate, and reliable, providing significant benefits for construction, facilities management, and various other applications. 3D-Imaging & Photogrammetry

We use drones equipped with high-resolution cameras to capture a series of overlapping aerial photographs and videos of the building or structure from different angles. This data is then processed using Photogrammetry software to create accurate 3D mesh-models and Point clouds of the building and its surroundings.

Building Information Documentation

We accurately survey and record technical information from all MEP-systems in the building and incorporate them as parametric data within the BIM Digital Twin, creating a comprehensive and information-rich digital representation of the building.
