We are looking for a skilled and passionate Building Surveying Specialist who can survey buildings and MEP-systems in collaboration with our Architects & Engineers.

What we are looking for:
- You have multiple years of experience as a 3D-Visualization Expert in the AEC Industry.
- You may have a Bachelors or Master’s degree in Architecture. (not required if you are self-taught)
- Team communication is your strength, and have great problem-solving skills.
- Working independently and in synergy with a team is not new to you, and you have excellent time management skills.
- You are willing to travel throughout Europe to visit the buildings we are digitalizing.
- Furthermore, you are fluent in either English or German, at native-efficiency level.
What we expect from you:
- You have several years of experience and expertise in 3D-Visualization and Mesh-Modelling.
- You are highly skilled in Unreal Engine, blender, 3DsMax, Houdini or Cinema4D.
- You either already have or can develop skills in parametric modelling.
- You can follow project deadlines and milestones for the projects that are assigned to you.
- You can collaborate and brainstorm within our team to understand the dynamics of each project.
- You have a profound understanding of architecture and buildings.
- You can creatively solve problems and issues in the project as they arise.
